Exams – How to look after yourself!

It’s never too late to help create a good mind-set for making it through exams. Whether it’s GCSEs, A Levels or end of year tests, looking after yourself during exams can come down to; getting plenty of sleep, eating properly and keeping hydrated, being active and keeping things in perspective.
All of which sounds like good life advice for us all, not just during exams!
Getting help and support is an effective way of seeing change. See your GP to share any physical or mental health concerns or seek advice from the Health Centre to help find a way forward. Below are some useful resources for starters for some self-help.
