It’s never too late to help create a good mind-set for making it through exams. Whether it’s GCSEs, A Levels or end of year tests, looking after yourself during this time can come down to; get plenty of sleep, eat properly and keep hydrated, be active and keep things in good perspective.

All of which sounds like good life advice for us all, not just during exams!
