The Big Reception Bake Off!

Bake Off – Reception class children were set a home learning task to design and bake a cake.

RESULTS!

Most Artistic: Sophie, for fashioning a hedgehog and including so many details!

Most Colourful: Isabella, for adding coloured icing and multi-coloured decorations!

Most Detailed: Isabelle, for following your design well and creating your own decorations to make a beautiful picture!

Most Fun: Charlie, you looked like you really enjoyed making those cakes and they looked just right for a fun party!

Most Like Your Original Design: Aaron, you chose your colours, stuck to them and presented the finished cake and I could tell you decorated it yourself, paying attention to your design!

Most Original: Emily, for making a cheesecake, it looked very professional and delicious. The butterflies were perfectly placed and made a lovely addition!

Most Thoughtful: Hazel, you included a layer for each of your family and what a lovely surprise when you cut into it and the coloured layers were seen!

Most Well Presented: Ebba, you presented your cake making steps perfectly and made sure you even washed up! Your cake was very attractive and beautifully presented on the plate.
