COVID-19 may have restricted some of our further flung trips, however our Pre A-Level students have still managed to spend some valuable (and safe) time finding out about York and it’s many hidden treats!

Students went on a walking tour of York; planned, researched and conducted by themselves. Dina Bonner (Pre A-Level Programme Co-ordinator) acted as willing tourist.  The tour ended in some authentic ice cream from ‘Lick‘.

They also went on a photo hunt searching out some of our oldest and newest attractions across the city, finishing in the Joseph Rowntree park.  This will link perfectly to the start of their research on Quakers and Chocolate in York.

We can’t wait to see more…
