The festive period has taken over at Junior School, with the return of our naughty elf, who is causing havoc all over school.  Follow his adventures and shenanigans on our Facebook Page.

Year 3 and 4 had a fabulously festive time at a Pop Up Card workshop last Friday with Jo Sparks.

Whilst this week BJS Spanish Club got ready for Christmas by making Spanish Christmas cards. Feliz Navidad!

Thank you to everyone for all their help, donations and attending the Christmas Fair.  It was a wonderful event!

Matthew Parker and Bootham students made these beautiful wooden decorations from reclaimed wood that flew off the shelf and we made approximately £200!

Year 6 have been sharing homework this morning. A truly eclectic and inspirational session for all involved. Work has included photomontages; powerpoints on glaciation, and World War 1; eco-bags and energy production models; a musical score and works of art.

Their reflections on their work and dispositions were mature and have set the standard high!

Parents were treated to a night of festive fun and joy at the Senior School yesterday evening, when Years 3-6 performed poetry, prose and song.

A true joy to behold!
