Jade Blood, our talented Art Technician, kindly donated two of her screen prints to the Amnesty International Fashion Show on Thursday 26th April. They raised a lot of money on the night, helping towards the fantastic £1356.71 total we raised for this worthwhile charity. She has now kindly offered to donate 50% of money raised from the sales of the remaining prints from her collection to the charity. She has three of each of the ‘Sister Corita’ series of prints remaining for you to take home.

The screen prints are part of a limited edition of 10 per design. They are sold mounted (not framed) for £55 each and are A3 in size. These prints are based on her favourite screen printing, human rights activist nun – The late Sister Corita Kent. The print series rhymes, and makes a poem which suggests how we can approach teaching living and being creative. These ‘rules’ were adapted from Sister Corita’s rules for teachers and students.  If you would like to purchase a print email jade.blood@boothamschool.com. Please specify which print you would like: TRUST-blue, SEEK-pink, WARM-green, SMILE-yellow (not pictured).
