As a key member of the senior leadership team you will work closely with the new Head, and governors, to help lead our staff to shape and deliver our strategy, as we write the next chapter in the story of this most colourful and progressive school. Teacher of Double Bass – part time, from September 2016
An experienced teacher of the Double Bass is required for September 2016. The work is approximately 2-3 hours a week teaching Double Bass at the Senior School.
The music department at Bootham is vibrant and successful with over 25 peripatetic staff, 35 music activities and 320 music lessons each week, and approximately 40 concerts per year. We are looking for a friendly and flexible teacher, with sound experience of teaching Double Bass in schools, who is organised, reliable and has the tutoring skills to encourage students of all abilities to achieve their potential within the Quaker ethos of Bootham.
