Charges for Before and After School Care
Before School Care – 8.00a.m.– 8.20a.m.

After School Care
After school care is charged per 15 minutes and is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes the rates are as follows:
£0.75 per 15 minutes
£1.50 per 30 minutes
£3.15 per hour Daily attendance registers are taken, and all charges for both Before and After School Care are included as disbursements on the fee account sent out at the end of each term by the Bursar’s office at Bootham School.

• Fees are reviewed each spring and announced in May for the following September.
  

• The fees include a mid-day meal freshly cooked and served on the premises for all full-time pupils – Part-time Nursery and Reception pupils wishing to stay for lunch may do so and a charge will be added to the bill.
  
  
• The charge for Before School or After School Care is £3.15 per hour. Children arriving between 8.00 am and 8.20 am will be billed £1.50. Children arriving after 8.20 am will not be charged.
  
  
• The school day is from 8.45 am – 3.30 pm. (Times vary according to year group.)
  
  

Part-time hours for Nursery and Reception

• Mornings are from 8.45 am to 12 noon.
  
• Afternoons are from 1 pm to 3 pm
