Before and After School Care

Before School Care

Before School Care is offered for children from 8.00am onwards.

A continental style breakfast is available in our school hall between 8.00am until 8.20am each morning. Breakfast can also be offered in addition to the usual cost of Before School Care.

Breakfast Menu

  • Fruit juice, milk or water
  • Non-sweetened cereal
  • Fruit based yogurt
  • Fresh fruit
  • Toast & preserves

After School Care

After School Care takes place in the Nursery Classroom. In fine weather, children are able to take advantage of the fresh air and play outside in the playground areas. A variety of indoor activities are on offer, including board games, colouring and painting, story-reading or just relaxing.

After School Care runs from 3.00pm until 6.00pm on each school day, except on the last day of the term.

Light snacks and fruit are offered to the children at 4.30pm every day. Of course this is not intended a substitute for tea and should not be regarded as such.

There are four After School Care supervisors.

Both Before and After School Care can be used on a regular or ad-hoc basis, should parents find themselves unexpectedly unable to collect their child at the usual end-of-school time.
