Occasional Boarding On-line booking system
Please fill in the form below to generate an “occasional boarding” request for your child. Please make sure you include the name of an adult who will expected to be contacted if an emergency arises, and tested mobile ‘phone details as requested. If you require more than four successive nights, please complete a second form to cover the extra dates. Any extra notes you can add will be used to help make your child’s booking as close to your wishes as we can manage.
Once sent, you will receive a confirmation email from the relevant head of house, after availability has been checked. Once a confirmation email has been sent, we will bill your booking at the nightly rate of £47.50 (after two free nights per term).
If you need to make a cancellation once you have received confirmation, please email the head of house, who will then forward your cancellation to the accounts department to arrange any refund that may be due.
